My husband and I are planning to move to Stouffville from Toronto, and it has been such a joy to be able to find answers to absolutely any question we've thought of through this site. It is so delightfully comprehensive and easy to navigate and I really appreciate that!

I first heard of the H2O toGo campaign from Brian and Cassandra at the Town's Environmental Committee, thought it was a wonderful initiative and very important for us to lead by example with no more plastic water bottle in our facility garbage containers. Being part of the movement and excitement of helping the future environment for our children is a giant step forward to caring community. A Sincere Thank you

Replacing boulevard trees are never easy nor enough available for all the area in town that need new or maintenance. Resident at 24 James Ratcliff told me all about his missing tree and in the spring I reached out to staff to help provide a new tree and with great patience and lots of back and forth with the resident he successfully got his tree this week and thanked the public works team... Job well done!

I had asked Mark if we could get our iPad Pro's connect to the HP printer back in September in the Councillor's office. Unfortunately direct iPad Pro wouldn't work because of our network security rules but Mark stuck with it and found another way to connect for us to print who only have a town issued iPad Pro. Hopefully Mark learned from it as well!!

Taking initiative for fundraising for the Jean Baptiste Laine event at the museum. The evening was very well executed and the meal selection was a fun experience. Nice to dabble into history, gives us all a better sense of place. Glad it was a sell out! Krista and her staff and volunteers all did a great job.

Dan and his team went above and beyond helping the downtown merchants with refurbishing the Gazebo. They not only power washed to get prepared for the staining that the merchants took on but also came to the rescue when they didn't have the skill set to climb ladders to stain the ceiling... I am grateful for their positive attitude and consultation with the merchants to get it done! #communitytogether

Tom responded to my call about garbage being dumped in rural Whitchurch-Stouffville. He not only arranged for the garbage pickup but also took steps to try to identify the individuals who the garbage belonged to. He then dropped by our home to let us know that he would be following up on this incident and left us his contact information so that we could call him direct should more garbage be dumped.
