The Lakeshore Road rehabilitation and stabilization project will take place between 5801 and approximately 5831 Lakeshore Road, Musselman's Lake. Click for larger version.
The Lakeshore Road Emergency Road Reconstruction and Shoreline Stabilization Project will see the repair and improvement of a degraded 120m section of Lakeshore Road at Musselman's Lake. The realigned section of Lakeshore Road will facilitate the installation of a retaining wall and guiderail system, in the vicinity of the degraded section of roadway. The reconstructed road segment will include improvements to underground infrastructure and will establish a 6.0m paved width, bounded by a new 0.5m shoulder along the south edge and a new curb and gutter along the north edge.

Hydro pole relocation
Realignment and reconstruction of approximately 120m of Lakeshore Road
Storm sewer upgrades; replacement of underground pipe and catchbasins
Fire hydrant upgrades
Installation of new guiderail system
Installation of armour stone retaining wall
Project Schedule & Progress
Work is permitted to proceed on the next two Saturdays: September 12 and 19 (weather permitting).
