Project Overview

A new neighbourhood parkette is coming to 330 Busato Drive in Stouffville. As part of a residential subdivision development, this 3,007.78 m² (0.3 ha) park will provide a welcoming outdoor space for residents of Ward 6 and the surrounding community.

Located on Busato Drive between Red Blossom Court and Seedling Crescent, Busato Parkette is envisioned as a vibrant and accessible gathering space that supports active living and neighbourhood connection.

Proposed amenities may include:

  • A children’s playground

  • Multi-use pathway connections

  • Outdoor seating areas with shade structures

A consulting team has developed preliminary design concepts as part of the project’s design phase. The Town is now seeking community input to help refine the final park design.

We invite residents to learn more about the project and share feedback.
